In 2000, Kurt decided to fulfill his dreams and started Clark Street Builders to focus on building quality custom homes that feel inviting, comfortable and secure. The kind of homes that gracefully support today’s active Colorado lifestyles. Homes that are perfectly in tune with their surroundings and with their owners’ needs.

By personally directing and supervising the construction of every home he builds, Kurt knows and stands behind the quality of his product. Building terrific houses is his mission, but the fun part is building relationships. Nothing is more important and rewarding to Kurt and his team than a satisfied homeowner.

Design/build

For our clients who need it, we offer start-to-finish design/build services. We can help design your new home from the ground up, and we can also modify existing floor plans if you already have something you like.

To help you visualize your project, we use advanced 3D design and modeling software. Long before construction ever starts, you’ll be able to see accurate three dimensional views from anywhere in or around your new home.

Basement finishes

Clark Street Builders also offers complete basement finishing services. With the same terriffc attention to detail and quality that defines our home building business, we can help you create the basement of your dreams.

We’ll measure and draw specific plans customized to your needs. We’ll offer creative suggestions and “tricks of the trade” that we’ve learned from over a hundred successful basement projects. All the work is done for a price that is fixed before we start, and the same great team of trade partners that builds our houses also does our basement finish jobs.
